Read this carefully before registering your team for a championship
Registration rules:
You must enter 2 players/team minimum. Please give the email address where we can contact you anytime.
A player can play for only 1 team.
If a clan has 2 or more teams in the cup, no switching during the tournament will be allowed between the teams of the clan.
World Wide Teams are welcome to register our leagues. So the official language is english.
Maps: Admins are doing their best to choose the best maps possible. When you accept to join the leagues, you also accept the rules, the maps and every admins decisions, wether you understand them.. or not.
League Rules
--------- Before the match -----------
Concept: 5 teams of 2 players each will play in a 10-players race on two multilap-maps, in stadium offroad monster truck style. Team count per division can change according to the amount of total registrations
Rescheduling: The match cannot be delayed.
Winners: The player & the team with the most points after all maps will win the cup
Map pack: map packs will be on our servers for the match day, and can not be trained before the matches.
Monster Trucks: make sure, that you have a monster truck skin applied for this cup! You find some monster trucks in our Truck Showcase on the left, and on ET Forums.
--------- During the match -----------
Rounds: The cup will be played on Saturday, the 2nd of February 2008. it'll start at 15h30.
Waiting time: 5min delay + 2warmup laps will be accepted for late players. not less not more. if the game has started when you join the server, too bad for you and your points :)
Game versions: The whole tournament will be played on Trackmania United
IRC & meeting: be sure one of your players (preferably the captain) is connected to #ET.TM on quakenet before and after any challenges, so you can receive the server + password settings from an ET admin.
Map order: The map order for both maps, such as the lap count for the maps will be given by the league admins before the cup.
Server Settings: The match is played in Laps mode, using 10 laps. Respawning to the start is not allowed, player standings will count in the order of reaching the finish, not the overall time!
Shortcuts: For Monsters & Madness, any kind of cut, reverse driving or resetting to checkpoints in inverse direction, is explicitly allowed! (if you want to take that risk on a map you don't know ;)
In game: 2 warmup laps are necessary before match starts. If you notice a lag during the warm-up, tell it. Once everyone agrees to start the map, the map has to be played until the end. If a problem occurs, always take screenshots or replay as a proof and report immediately to an admin (there will always be 5-6 of us on irc during the games).
Fairness: If you occur an invalid time due to an error network, before all players finished the first lap, restart the round for fairness. Once the first lap is finished, it's the drivers error to not correctly setup his/her computer. A restart can be done by vote or forced by the server admin.
Upload/Download Limitation: It is NOT allowed to put the upload/download setting to 0 during a game, in order not to have your vision blocked by other cars. The main reason is that such a behavior is unfair, because your car does not appear on replays taken by others, and therefore is a gate opened to cheaters of all kind. A team caught using the 0 UL/DL setting (not appearing on replays, but well on the score page) will be forfeited for the game for which they used the trick. If the team is caught a second time, it will be banned from the league and from future competitions.

Results: The scores will be given, as the following list shows:
finishing 1st: 20 pts
finishing 2nd: 19 pts
finishing 3rd: 18 pts
finishing 4.: 17 pts
etc...
finishing 20.: 1 pt
not finishing inbetween the time limit: 0 pts
Please take a screenshot of the final result and give it to an admin.
Reports: Players are invited to write a report on the forums after their matchs, sharing their best moments, their points of view and other screens & replays. It's always a pleasure to read them !
Conflicts: Laming, Cheating, Abusing, Moaning and all other bad attitudes will be stopped right away by kicking the player or the whole team out of the league. Report bad attitudes to Admins. Don’t forget to join replays that could proof your accusations
Admins might change/add rules to improve the leagues at any time
